VICTORIA BORDNER
Victoria has been singing along to the soundtrack of her life since she was 5 years old. She has a powerful, soulful voice but, for her, it's the power and soul of the music that moves her sometimes even beyond her control. She's a wife, a mother of two excellent boys, a sister, a friend and a very grateful breast cancer survivor.  Through every major "life change" music has been and continues to be the thing that holds her up, holds her together, keeps her whole. She founded Soul Kitch'n over 15 years ago for the sole purpose of doing the thing she loves most with the people she loves most. She somehow managed to surround herself with incredibly beautiful people who also happened to be supremely talented musicians. Victoria is the luckiest person she knows...

TOM BORDNER
As the drummer and sound engineer, Tom Bordner is the back bone of Soul Kitch'n. His extraordinarily solid and funky rhythms are the result of over 35 years of drumming experience. As if that weren't enough, Tom mixes the sound for Soul Kitch'n live every night WHILE drumming! With over 20 years experience, he is one of the best live sound engineers in town. There is simply no one who works harder than Tom. Consistent, solid and tirelessly dedicated, Tom literally makes it all happen. Many players have come in and out of the band since it's inception but, as a founding member, Tom has maintained the energy and vitality that make Soul Kitch'n one of Columbus' best cover bands.

JEFF "BUZZ" CRISAFULLI
Buzz brings more than 20 years experience as a bassist to Soul Kitch'n.  He's a classic in-the-pocket groove player with experience in many styles, including funk, soul, R&B, pop, rock, Latin, Broadway, and jazz.  In addition to Soul Kitch'n, Buzz plays in multiple productions at ShadowboxLive and sits in with multiple Central Ohio bands.  Nothing makes Buzz happier than seeing everybody out on the dance floor.

MARK JACKSON
Mark's influences on guitar were pretty much anyone he heard on the radio, ranging from Catfish Collins and Ernie Isley to Glen Campbell and Roy  Clark to Wes Montgomery and George Benson to Ace Frehley and Eddie Van Halen.  But favorites were and still are Jimi Hendrix, Carlos Santana and Al Di meola.  He was raised in a musical family; mother and sister both played piano and sang and father played guitar and drums.  His brother played guitar so naturally Mark had to play an instrument too.  He played drums, sax and guitar finally sticking with the guitar and we're so glad he did!

JESSE THOMPSON
Jesse is a Dayton, Ohio native.  His father, the late Jesse J. Thompson Sr., a jazz musician in his own right, inspired him to pursue his musical  dreams and ambition.  His mother, the late Emma Thompson, was a church pianist/organist and continued to encourage Jesse on his musical journey until 2006.  Jesse played the drums and brass instruments in his  youth prior to finding his new love of the keyboard at the age of 12.  Soon after completing his High School education, Jesse was inspired by his family and music teachers to continue to pursue his music endeavors.  During and after receiving his B.S. in Information Technology, Jesse’s rhythmic  inventiveness gained him a far-reaching reputation.  He has recorded on many  CD Projects for various artists. He has performed in the theatrical play "Black  Nativity", the World Harvest Church, and with artists such as Donnie McClurkin, Gary Oliver,  Marvin Winans, R.W. Shambauch, Isaac Pietry, Bishop Noel Jones, Benny Hinn, Karen Wheaton, and Juanita Bynum. In addition, he has shared the stage with Freddie Jackson, Boyz II Men, Wayman Tisdale, Warren Hill, Mindi Abair, Jeff Golub, Tim  Bowman, Spyro Gyra, Midnight Star, FourPlay, Ben Tankard, Eddie Howard, Gary  Grainger, Larry Bright, and Carl Flipiak.

Jesse is married to the lady of his life Markita Thompson and together they have 3 beautiful children; Jestin, Jayana and Jordan.  In 2000, Jesse and Markita lost their 2 month old son Joshua to SIDS.  With God’s power that experience increased the bond of his family and helped to instill 'where there is unity there is strength'.

Jesse joined the creation of "NexLevel" in 2000.  As a keyboardist in the band and Music Director for other artists,  Jesse enjoys the atmosphere of creativity, development, and the opportunity to  share the uniqueness of music from within to the rest of the world. Jesse is also a  member of Kappa Kappa Psi Fraternity, Inc.
